Article 183. Sale (purchase) of goods with a compulsory assortment of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     The sale (purchase) of goods with a compulsory assortment is any action by the seller (supplier) or buyer to establish additional requirements or conditions for the sale (purchase) of goods that infringe on the rights of the seller (supplier) or consumer and which, by their content or according to business practices, do not relate to the subject of the transaction.
