Article 312. Consideration of cases on the use of compulsory medical measures CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Cases on the application of compulsory medical measures to persons who have committed an act prohibited by criminal law in a state of insanity or who have fallen ill with mental illness after its commission shall be considered by the court of first instance in accordance with the jurisdiction established by Articles 306, 307, 308 and 309 of this Code.
