Article 15. The provision of housing for ownership during the demolition of an apartment building in connection with the forced alienation of land for state needs of the Law on Housing Relations

1. In the event of the demolition of an apartment building in connection with the forced alienation of land for state needs, the owner, prior to the demolition of his dwelling, is provided with a well-maintained dwelling or compensation is paid in the amount of the market value of the dwelling.
2. If the cost of the provided dwelling turns out to be higher than the cost of the demolished dwelling, then the difference in their cost will not be charged to the owner.
3. If the cost of the demolished dwelling turns out to be higher than the cost of the provided dwelling, the difference in their cost is reimbursed to the owner.
