Article 220. The rights of persons involved in the investigation of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of competition of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Persons involved in the investigation of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of competition have the right:
1) to get acquainted with the case materials, make extracts from them and make copies, with the exception of materials containing confidential information and (or) trade secrets of other market entities;
2) present evidence and participate in their research;
3) ask questions to other persons involved in the case;
4) submit applications for the involvement of experts;
5) to provide explanations in written or oral form, to present their arguments on all issues arising during the investigation;
6) to get acquainted with the petitions of other persons participating in the investigation, to object to the petitions and arguments of other persons participating in the investigation.
The subject of the investigation has the right to apply to the antimonopoly authority to submit to the conciliation commission a draft opinion on the results of the investigation of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection.
