Article 29-1. Architectural, urban planning and construction catalogs of the Law on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Architectural, urban planning and construction catalogs are an information system of lists:
regulatory legal acts and regulatory technical documents in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
standard projects and standard design solutions for enterprises, buildings and structures;
building structures and products;
building materials;
technologies of work production;
regulatory documents on pricing in construction.
2. The procedure for the formation and maintenance of architectural, urban planning and construction catalogs is determined by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 No. 242.
This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the process of carrying out architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is aimed at creating a full-fledged human habitat and vital activity, sustainable development of settlements and interuniverse territories.
