Article 29. Types of state regulatory documents in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction of the Law on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan
State standards in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction are divided into:
1) organizational and methodological regulatory documents, including standards for standardization and certification of construction products, geodetic work, engineering surveys for design and construction, organization of construction production, commissioning, safety in construction;
2) general regulatory and technical documents, including the main provisions on the reliability of structures, fire and explosion safety, protection from dangerous (harmful) effects of natural, anthropogenic and man-made nature, technological tolerances and dimensional interchangeability and compatibility of building materials, products and structures;
3) urban planning standards, including requirements, conditions and restrictions on the organization of territories, planning, building and landscaping of settlements, territories of horticultural associations of citizens, on the development of master plans of industrial and agricultural enterprises;
4) regulatory and technical documents on the design and construction of buildings and structures for residential, civil and industrial purposes, including transport, hydraulic engineering, reclamation facilities, as well as main and field pipelines and communications;
5) regulatory documents for engineering support of settlements or their parts, individual buildings, structures and their complexes;
6) regulatory and technical documents for building materials, products and structures;
7) regulatory and technical documents for the equipment of construction and installation organizations, including temporary and mobile structures and equipment;
8) regulatory documents on pricing in construction;
9) regulatory documents on the maintenance of the state urban planning cadastre;
10) regulatory documents of state control and supervision bodies in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities (state architectural and construction control, in the field of civil protection, state sanitary and epidemiological service, in the field of environmental protection);
11) regulatory documents on the procedure for organizing and holding tenders for construction contract work.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 No. 242.
This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the process of carrying out architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is aimed at creating a full-fledged human habitat and vital activity, sustainable development of settlements and interuniverse territories.
