Article 312. Execution of pre-design, survey, design, construction and installation works in violation of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state standards in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, except for the requirements established by the technical regulations of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses
1. Performing pre-design, survey, design, construction and installation works in violation of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state standards in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, except for the requirements established by technical regulations, –
They impose a fine on officials in the amount of sixty, on small businesses in the amount of two hundred, on medium–sized businesses in the amount of four hundred, on large businesses in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices.
2. The actions provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
they impose a fine on officials in the amount of one hundred and twenty, on small businesses – in the amount of four hundred, on medium–sized businesses – in the amount of eight hundred, on large businesses - in the amount of one thousand four hundred monthly calculation indices, with the deprivation of a license.
