Article 84. Compulsory educational measures of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 The following compulsory educational measures may be imposed on a minor by a court:
1) Warning;
2) transfer to the supervision of parents or persons replacing them, or a specialized government agency;
3) the obligation to make amends for the damage caused;
4) restriction of leisure time and establishment of special requirements for the behavior of a minor;
5) placement in an educational institution with a special regime of detention;
6) imposing an obligation to apologize to the victim;
7) establishment of probation control.
2 Several compulsory measures of educational influence may be assigned to a minor at the same time.
