Article 672. Appeal, review at the request of the prosecutor of the decision on confiscation of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The court's decision on confiscation may be appealed, reviewed at the request of the prosecutor, or protested in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Code.
