1. The objectives of administrative procedures are:

full realization of public rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and legal entities;

achieving a balance of private and public interests in public law relations;

ensuring effective and transparent public administration, including through the participation of individuals in making managerial decisions;

digital transformation of public administration;

strengthening the rule of law in the public law sphere;

formation of a uniform administrative practice.

2. The task of administrative legal proceedings is the fair, impartial and timely resolution of administrative cases in order to effectively protect and restore violated or disputed rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals, rights and legitimate interests of legal entities in public relations.
