1. The amount of compensation for victims in the cases provided for in subparagraph 1) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of this Law is thirty monthly calculation indices.

2. The amount of compensation for victims in the cases provided for in subparagraph 2) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of this Law is forty monthly calculation indices.

3. The amount of compensation for victims in the cases provided for in subparagraph 3) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of this Law is fifty monthly calculation indices.

4. If one person is recognized as a victim for the totality of criminal offenses provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 6 of this Law, compensation is awarded by absorbing a smaller amount of compensation with a larger amount of compensation for one of the criminal offenses.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases aimed at ensuring the payment of compensation to victims of certain types of criminal offenses.
