In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of victims, a compulsory payment in the form of a fixed monetary amount established by Article 98-2 of this Code shall be collected by the court from the perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Compensation Fund for Victims.
