1. The contract of compulsory environmental insurance is terminated prematurely in accordance with the procedure and cases provided for by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In case of early termination of the compulsory environmental insurance contract, the policyholder has the right to refund part of the insurance premium in the following amounts:

10.	от 9 до 10 месяцев включительно	90
11.	от 10 до 11 месяцев включительно	95
12.	свыше 11 месяцев	100

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2005 No. 93-III.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory environmental insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
