1. The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer), from the moment of detection of non-compliance of chemical products with the safety requirements established by this Law and technical regulations, or on the basis of an order from an authorized body, is obliged to terminate one or more life cycle processes of such chemical products.

2. Failure to take the measures provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article shall entail liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
