Article 115. Withdrawal of expert opinions and termination of expert work of the Building Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. A state expert organization or expert organizations shall revoke a previously issued expert opinion in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following cases::

1) the customer's failure to comply with the conditions (requirements) specified in the conclusions of the revoked expert opinion;

2) obtaining acts of state bodies carrying out architectural and construction control and supervision, and other authorized state bodies, as well as judicial acts that have entered into legal force confirming:

modification or cancellation of the source materials that were the basis for the development of project documentation or an act of the state body on the basis of which the source materials were issued, during the development of a construction project, an urban planning project, or an expert examination of the project;

unreliability (falsification, forgery, forgery, etc.) of the source materials that were the basis for the development of a construction project or urban planning project;

3) revealing the facts of a poorly conducted examination of the project.

2. In case of receipt of acts of state bodies exercising architectural and construction control and supervision, and other authorized state bodies, as well as judicial acts that have entered into force, specified in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of this article, during the examination of projects, expert work is terminated and the construction project and the urban development project are subject to return to the customer without further consideration..

3. Technical errors (arithmetic, grammatical, typos, typos) in the expert opinion may be corrected in the form of an addendum to it in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.
