Article 19. Grounds for termination of citizenship Termination of citizenship CHAPTER 3 of the Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan is terminated due to:

     1) renunciation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) loss of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     3) deprivation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The footnote. Article 19 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11.07.2017 No. 91-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1991 1017-XII. This Law regulates the issues of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
