Article 117. Infection with gonorrhea of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 transmission of this disease to another person by a person who knows that he has gonorrhea –
it is punishable by a fine of up to one hundred monthly calculation indices, or involvement in correctional labor in the same amount, or public works for a period of up to one hundred and twenty hours, or arrest for a period of up to forty-five days.
2 the same act that led to serious consequences, as well as infection of two or more persons or a minor –
it is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two thousand monthly calculation indices, or involvement in correctional labor in the same amount, or public works for a period of up to six hundred hours, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years, or imprisonment for the same period.
