Article 31. Protection of citizens' health from diseases common to animals and humans of the Law on Veterinary Medicine
The procedure for protecting the health of citizens engaged in the maintenance, breeding, use, production, harvesting (slaughter), storage, processing, transportation (movement) and sale of objects being moved (transported) from diseases common to animals and humans is determined by the authorized body in coordination with the authorized state body in the field of healthcare.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.
This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
