Article 12. imposition, destruction, destruction and (or) dissemination of extremist materials on Countering Extremism

 

      On the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the use of resources and funds for the use of extremism, as well as the introduction, destruction, destruction and (or) distribution of extremist materials are prohibited.

     Information materials, embedded, modified, modified and (or) distributed on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the corresponding sources of extremism, on the application of the prosecutor's office to the court of the extremist prosecutor's office, on the application of such treatment, or on the location provision of such materials with their introduction, improvement, improvement and (or) distribution.

Content

      This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
