Article 8. about the organization of countering extremist extremism

     1.the establishment of an extremist organization is carried out in a judicial order.

     The organization is an extremist, if we are one of the structural divisions (branches and representatives) that operates extremism with the authority of one of the leading bodies of this organization.

      2.the organization, based on its activity on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) another state, has an extremist right to appeal to the prosecutor's office in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3.state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with their competence provide materials to the prosecutor's office for the formation of a documentary base, necessary for the establishment of an extremist organization.

Content

      This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
