Article 13-1. The Foundation of the Law on Mass Media
Fund:
1) implements projects for training and professional development of Kazakhstani journalists;
2) organizes and conducts national and regional forums;
3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/02/2018 No. 170-VI (effective six months after the date of its first official publication); 4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/02/2018 No. 170-VI (effective six months after the date of its first official publication);
5) participates in the determination of personnel needs in the field of journalism and the formation of curricula of journalism faculties of Kazakhstani higher educational institutions;
6) conducts research in the field of mass media;
7) implements projects aimed at promoting Kazakhstan in the international arena;
8) promotes information culture among children;
9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/02/2018 No. 170-VI (effective six months after the date of its first official publication).
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 1999 No. 451-I.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of mass media, establishes state guarantees of their freedom in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
