Article 4-1. State regulation in the field of mass media Chapter 1-1. State regulation in the field of mass media of the Law on Mass Media

     State regulation in the field of mass media is carried out through legal support, state control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on mass media.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 1999 No. 451-I.

      This Law regulates public relations in the field of mass media, establishes state guarantees of their freedom in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
