Article 62-1. Conditions of equivalent compensation in case of compulsory alienation of a land plot or other immovable property in connection with the seizure of a land plot for State needs of the Law on State Property
1. For the purposes of this article, equivalent compensation means the establishment of the amount of compensation for the value of a land plot alienated for state needs and the immovable property located on it (if any), which makes it possible to restore the conditions of use of the land plot and the immovable property located on it prior to the seizure.
2. An equivalent compensation shall be provided to the owner or a non-governmental land user for a land plot alienated for state needs.
3. An equivalent refund is made in one of the following ways::
1) provision of other land or immovable property in accordance with the procedure and on the terms established by this Law;
2) compensation of the market value of the alienated land plot or other immovable property in connection with the seizure of the land plot for state needs in accordance with the procedure and on the terms established by this Law.
