Article 9-2. A state-owned enterprise with the right of economic management in the field of ensuring the compulsory seizure of land for state needs, their release from buildings (structures, structures) The Law on the Status of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. A state-owned enterprise with the right of economic management in the field of ensuring the compulsory seizure of land for state needs, their release from buildings (structures, structures) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property":

1) provides notification to owners or non-governmental land users about the beginning of compulsory alienation of a land plot or other immovable property in connection with the seizure of a land plot for state needs;

2) ensures the determination of the market value of the land plot or other immovable property being alienated in connection with the seizure of the land plot for state needs, determines the amount of compensation;

3) ensures the preparation of the estimated cost of the liberation of the seized land plots from buildings (structures, structures);

4) ensures the conduct of negotiations and conciliation procedures with the owners of the seized property or non-governmental land users;

5) represents the interests of the Akimat of the capital in the courts on issues of forced seizure of land or other property for state needs;

6) ensures, at the expense of budgetary funds, the payment of compensation for the cost of a land plot or other immovable property in connection with the seizure of a land plot for state needs and losses subject to compensation;

7) ensures the release of land plots from buildings (structures).

2. The local executive body of the capital shall acquire services and works in the field of ensuring the compulsory seizure of land plots for state needs, their release from buildings (structures, structures) from a state enterprise defined in paragraph 1 of this Article.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 296.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of functioning of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal, economic and organizational bases of its activities.
