1. Cooperative payments to cooperative members are a part of the income of an agricultural cooperative paid to cooperative members in proportion to their participation in the production and (or) other economic activities of the agricultural cooperative in accordance with the procedure established by the charter of the agricultural cooperative.

2. The decision on the distribution of cooperative payments is made before the decision of the general meeting of cooperative members on the approval of the results of the activities of the agricultural cooperative for the relevant year.
