1. The distribution of net income among the members of the cooperative, received by the agricultural cooperative based on the results of its activities for the year, is carried out by decision of the general meeting of the cooperative members in accordance with the charter of the agricultural cooperative.

The general meeting of the cooperative's members has the right to decide on excluding net income or part of it from distribution among the cooperative's members.

2. The payment of net income must be made by the agricultural cooperative in cash within one month from the date of the decision of the general meeting of the cooperative members on the distribution of net income.
