Article 42-1. Guarantees of a judge's rights when bringing him to disciplinary responsibility under the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The judge must be familiar with all the materials before sending them to the Judicial Jury.

     The judge has the right to participate in the consideration of the disciplinary case personally, as well as with representatives.

     The judge's representatives may only be lawyers and legal advisers who are members of the Chamber of Legal Advisers.
