     In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 1999 "On Public Service", I DECREE:

     1. Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 156 (effective from 01.01.2016).

     2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:

     1) take measures to reduce the limit on the staffing of local executive bodies in the number of staff units provided for the formation of the number of chairmen and staff of the secretariats of disciplinary councils of regions, Astana and Almaty cities;

     2) to bring their previously adopted acts in accordance with this Decree;

     3) to take other measures arising from this Decree.

     3. To make amendments and additions to the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     1) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 1999 No. 29 "On measures for further optimization of the system of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 1, art. 2; 2000, No. 54, art. 593; 2001, No. 1-2, art. 2, N 4-5 43; 2002, No. 26, Articles 272, No. 45, Article 445; 2003, No. 12, Articles 130, No. 16, Article 160; 2004, No. 13, Article 166, No. 21, Article 267, No. 27, Article 344, No. 48, Article 590):

     There are 1 lines in the appendix

     to state it in the following wording:
