Article 474. Procedural legal capacity of a foreign and international organization of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The procedural legal capacity of a foreign organization is determined by the law of the foreign state in accordance with which it was established. A foreign organization that does not have procedural legal capacity under this law may be recognized as legally capable in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The procedural legal capacity of an international organization shall be established on the basis of the international treaty under which it was established or other international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
