Article 621. Actions of the prosecutor to comply with the terms of the procedural agreement on cooperation CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. After approval by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chief Military Prosecutor, the Chief Transport Prosecutor, the prosecutor of the region or equivalent prosecutor, their deputies of the procedural cooperation agreement, the prosecutor who signed the procedural cooperation agreement, immediately takes measures to organize the disclosure of crimes that are the subject of the agreement and to expose the perpetrators, and also considers the issue of the need to cancel or change the preventive measure against a suspect or accused in accordance with the procedure established by law., provided for in Article 153 of this Code.
2. If, according to the results of the investigation of crimes related to the subject of the procedural cooperation agreement, with the assistance of the suspect, accused, defendant, convicted persons have been exposed who have committed particularly serious crimes, crimes as part of a criminal group, as well as extremist and terrorist crimes, and a guilty verdict has been passed against the perpetrators, the prosecutor shall take measures to implement the terms of the procedural cooperation agreement.
3. In respect of a convicted person who has concluded a cooperation agreement and fulfilled its conditions, the prosecutor shall file a petition with the court in accordance with articles 476-478 of this Code.
