Article 67. Exemption from criminal liability upon fulfillment of the terms of the procedural agreement of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. A person who has fulfilled all the conditions of a procedural cooperation agreement shall be released from criminal liability or serving a sentence.

2. The provisions of the first part of this article shall not apply to persons who have committed crimes against the sexual integrity of minors, except in cases where such a crime is committed by a minor against a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen.
