Article 649. Termination of a case in a court with the participation of jurors CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The presiding judge shall terminate the case at any stage of its trial by a court with the participation of jurors if, during the trial, the circumstances provided for in part one of Article 35 of this Code are clarified, as well as if the public prosecutor refuses to charge in accordance with part seven of Article 337 of this Code.
After the release of the jurors from participation in the trial, the presiding judge alone issues an appropriate decision on the case.
