Article 87. Identification of accounts receivable from legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

1. In order to identify accounts receivable from legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, the bailiff has the right to request the necessary accounting documentation from the debtor, legal entities and persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities who are the debtor's counterparties.

2. The bailiff has the right to request information about the debtor's accounts receivable from the state revenue authorities.

3. The debtor, state revenue authorities, legal entities and persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity are obliged to provide the bailiff with the necessary documents and information within three working days.

4. Accounts receivable can be identified by a specialist. The costs of paying for the services of a specialist are included in the costs incurred during the execution of the executive document.

5. No penalty may be levied on claims for payment of the amounts specified in article 98 of this Law.
