Employment relations in case of change of the name, departmental affiliation of the employer, change of the owner of shares (shares of participation in the authorized capital) of a legal entity, reorganization of the employer –legal entity of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 47. Employment relations in case of change of the name, departmental affiliation of the employer, change of the owner of shares (shares of participation in the authorized capital) of a legal entity, reorganization of the employer –legal entity of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

      The footnote. Title of Article 47 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/04/2020 No. 321-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     In cases of a change in the name or departmental affiliation of the employer, a change in the owner of shares (stakes in the authorized capital) of a legal entity, or a reorganization of the employer – legal entity, employment relations with employees continue unchanged.
