Article 881. The commission agent's refusal from the contract concluded without specifying the term of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A commission agent has the right at any time to cancel a commission agreement concluded without specifying a deadline, notifying the committee of the refusal no later than one month in advance, unless a longer notice period is provided for by the agreement.
In this case, the commissioner is obliged to take measures to ensure the safety of the committee's property in his possession. The commitee is obliged to dispose of the property held by the commission agent until the termination of the contract. If he does not fulfill this duty, the commission agent has the right either to deposit the property or to sell it at the most favorable price for the principal.
2. A commission agent who has renounced the contract has the right to receive a commission fee and reimbursement of expenses due to him at the time of termination of the contract.
