Article 231. Article 231. Violation of the deadlines established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the approval of senior officials of financial organizations, branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance (reinsurance) organizations of non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance brokers of non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, banking and insurance holdings, Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

 

     1. Violation by a financial organization, a branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a branch of a non-resident insurance (reinsurance) organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a branch of a non-resident insurance broker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a banking and insurance holding company, an Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund of the terms of approval of a senior employee of a financial organization, a branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a branch of an insurance (reinsurance) organization-a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a branch of a non-resident insurance broker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a banking and insurance holding company, Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund –  

     entails a fine on legal entities, branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance (reinsurance) organizations that are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance brokers that are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of ninety monthly calculation indices.

     2. The action provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –  

     entails a fine on legal entities, branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance (reinsurance) organizations that are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance brokers that are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of two hundred monthly calculation indices.
