Article 93. Limitation periods of the Railway Transport Act
1. Claims against the carrier arising from the carriage may be filed in the event of the carrier's complete or partial refusal to satisfy the claim or in the event of failure to receive a response from the carrier to the claim after the expiration of its consideration period.
2. The limitation period under the contract for the carriage of cargo and mail is one year, and under the contract for the carriage of passengers, baggage, and baggage is six months.
3. The limitation period is calculated from the day following the occurrence of the event that served as the basis for filing claims.
