Article 8. Application of the statute of limitations in marital and family relations of the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The statute of limitations does not apply to claims arising from marital and family relations, except in cases where the time limit for the protection of a violated right is established by this Code.

     2. When applying the rules establishing the limitation period, when considering disputes arising from marital and family relations, the court is guided by the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
