Article 57-1. Notification of the beginning or termination of activities in the field of preschool education and training The Law on Education
1. The activities of an educational organization that implements general educational programs for preschool education and training are carried out on a notification basis in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.
2. The reception of notifications on the beginning or termination of activities in the field of preschool education and training is carried out by the authorized body in the field of education.
3. When suspending the activities of educational organizations that implement general educational programs for preschool education and training, educational organizations may not:
1) participate in a competition for the placement of a state educational order;
2) carry out activities until the elimination of violations and the resumption of activities by the territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body in the field of education.
4. If violations identified as a result of verification and (or) state certification are not eliminated by educational organizations implementing general educational programs for preschool education and training, the territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body in the field of education excludes the educational organization from the state "digital register of permits and notifications for preschool education and additional education for children.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
