Article 1. Goals and objectives of the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law on the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan is a person holding a responsible public position, which is established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to ensure State guarantees for the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, their observance and respect.
The tasks of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan are to promote the restoration of violated human and civil rights and freedoms, and to promote human and civil rights and freedoms.
