On the establishment of the post of Commissioner for Human Rights

     In order to improve the system of protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, I decree:

     1. To establish the post of Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2022 No. 948 (effective from 07/01/2022).

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the measures resulting from this Decree.

     4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Presidential Administration.

     5. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
