Article 104. Economic principles and methods of protection, protection, use of forest resources, reproduction of forests and afforestation of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan    

     The economic principles and methods of protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of forests and afforestation are:

     1) planning of measures for the protection, protection, reproduction of forests and afforestation on the sites of the state forest fund;  

     2) financing of forest management in the state forest fund in accordance with the norms and regulations approved by the authorized body in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning;

     3) payment for the use of forest resources and useful properties of forests;  

     4) payment for the use of specially protected forest areas; - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     5) stimulating an increase in the forest cover of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

     6) liability insurance of state forest owners and forest users engaged in forest management in the areas of the state forest fund.
