Article 261. Environmental requirements for the protection, protection, reproduction and use of woody and shrubby vegetation in areas of the state forest fund transferred to the use of forest owners and (or) forest users of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 261. Environmental requirements for the protection, protection, reproduction and use of woody and shrubby vegetation in areas of the state forest fund transferred to the use of forest owners and (or) forest users of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Protection, protection, reproduction and use of woody and shrubby vegetation on the plots of the state forest fund, transferred in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for use by forest owners and (or) forest users for integrated agriculture and forestry, are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Forest owners and (or) forest users, for whose use the plots of the state forest fund have been transferred, are obliged to carry out forest management in them and participate in conducting state accounting of the forest fund in accordance with the procedure established by the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. Control over the condition, protection, protection, reproduction and use of woody and shrubby vegetation specified in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be carried out by the authorized state body in the field of forestry.
