Article 25. The rights of private forest owners of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Private forest owners have the right to:
1) own, use and dispose of private forest fund plots owned by them or in long-term land use, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to carry out forest management on the plots of the private forest fund, which are in their ownership or long-term land use;
3) to erect buildings and structures on the plots of the private forest fund, including those necessary for forestry and forest management, in accordance with the design and technical documentation in coordination with the relevant government agencies;
4) ownership of the products grown and (or) harvested by them and income from their sale.
