1. State control and supervision in the field of protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of forests and afforestation are carried out in order for all individuals and legal entities to comply with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, use of the forest fund, rules of forestry, including protection, protection, reproduction of forests and afforestation, their accounting, as well as other rules and regulations stipulated by the forest legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of environmental protection, reproduction and use of wildlife and in the field of specially protected natural areas.

2. State control and supervision in the field of protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of forests and afforestation shall be carried out by the department of the authorized body, territorial divisions, and other state bodies within their competence established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. State control and supervision in the field of protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of forests and afforestation are carried out through inspections and observations.

The verification is carried out in accordance with this Code.
