Article 57. Forest management projects of the state forest holdings of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

      1. During the forestry management of the state forest fund, forest management projects are drawn up, which provide a comprehensive assessment of forestry management and use of the state forest fund over the past audit period, forestry measures are planned and the main provisions of the organization and management of forestry for the subsequent audit period are developed.  

     2. Forest management projects of state forest holdings and other forest management documents that have passed the state environmental expertise are approved by the authorized body and are mandatory normative acts for forestry, its current and future planning.  

     3. Forest management projects are put into effect from January 1 of the year following the year of completion of forest management works.
