Article 12. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of forests and afforestation of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

      Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:  

     1) develops the main directions and ensures the implementation of the state forest policy;  

     2) exercises the rights of ownership, use and disposal of the state forest fund;  

     3) grants plots of the state forest fund on the right of forest ownership to state legal entities specified in paragraph 2 of Article 22 of this Code;  

     4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);  

     5) approves the distribution of the state forest fund by categories;
