Article 85. Peculiarities of protection, protection, use of the state forest fund sites, reproduction of forests on the sites of the state forest fund located among the land plots of other owners or land users of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 85. Peculiarities of protection, protection, use of the state forest fund sites, reproduction of forests on the sites of the state forest fund located among the land plots of other owners or land users of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

      1. For the protection, protection, use of plots of the state forest fund, and reproduction of forests on plots of the state forest fund located among land plots of other owners or land users, state forest owners have the right to limited targeted use of someone else's land (easement) in accordance with the procedure established by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     2. To protect forests of natural origin from adverse external influences, protection zones twenty meters wide are established along the borders of state forest fund plots located among land plots of other owners or land users in accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     Any activity that negatively affects the state of forests in the state forest fund areas is prohibited within the protected zone.
