Article 118-4. Termination of registration of information about orphaned children, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families in the Republican Database of the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and the Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The grounds for termination of registration of information about a child left without parental care in the Republican Database are:
placement of a child left without parental care for upbringing in a family;
the return of a child left without parental care to his parents or a parent;
when a child left without parental care reaches the age of majority, or when such a child acquires full legal capacity before reaching the age of majority;
death of a child left without parental care;
the recognition of the child in court as missing, the declaration of his death.
2. The grounds for termination of registration of information about a person wishing to adopt a child into his family in the Republican Database are:
the adoption of a child by a person for upbringing in his family;
a written statement from a person wishing to adopt a child into his family on the termination of registration of information about him in the Republican Data Bank;
a change in circumstances that gave a person the opportunity to adopt a child into their family;
the death of a person who wants to adopt a child into his family.
