Support for the development of the personnel potential of the organizations of the military-industrial complex is carried out by:

1) providing information and consulting support to employees of organizations of the military-industrial complex;

2) reaching agreements with organizations regardless of their forms of ownership, including foreign ones, on the exchange of experience, internships, retraining and advanced training of employees of organizations of the military-industrial complex;

3) development of proposals and recommendations for the selection of personnel from among graduates of technical higher educational institutions with the possibility of their subsequent employment in organizations of the military-industrial complex;

4) inclusion, on the basis of information provided by the authorized body, in the state educational order of specialties in which training of specialists for organizations of the military-industrial complex is required.;

5) providing other measures to support the development of human resources, provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of the defense industry, the state defense order, as well as certain issues of the turnover of weapons and military equipment.
